Our People

Clean Boutique Group cleaning staff are the front-line representatives of our company, an extension to your team providing exceptional boutique service delivery to clients. All our staff have been trained and educated in the best practice with Occupational Health and Safety and are always working to ensure a safe and secure workplace.

Our staff are screened and trained by us to meet our company’s exacting standards. Identifiable uniforms are worn by our cleaners while on your premises, and as representatives of our company, they will provide you with professional, courteous, unobtrusive service.

James Katsiavos

CEO & Director

James has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. He started his career 15 years ago at Clenevent as a Business Analyst. Since then, he has held and led various teams in cleaning and facilities management for Chadstone Shopping Centre, Secureclean, Westfields, Spotless, and ASCC. Before returning to lead the newly established team at Clean Boutique in 2013.

Chris Katsiavos

Group Managing Director

Chris has been in senior positions in the cleaning industry for over 40 years. Before Clean Boutique Group, Chris consulted for major cleaning companies and was the CEO of Cleanevent Australia from 2005 – 2010. As the CEO of Cleanevent Australia, Chris was responsible for Retail Shopping Centres, multiple commercial buildings, and events throughout Australia, for major clients such as Westfield and Colonial First State.
